Robin Williams. I’m actually crying right now so I will say this and be done with Social Media for the rest of the day out of respect for him and is legacy. Robin Williams was so much more than a comedian or actor to me. He was my therapy as a child when I needed it most. My parents had a really messy divorce that was constantly looming over me and my feelings. I had such a heavy heart being around all of the fighting and chaos and struggled to find outlets when I needed to put my feelings somewhere. When I was younger, I fell in love with movies and found a safe place to reflect and go somewhere else for awhile. One of those movies was Mrs. Doubtfire. As silly as that might sound, Mrs. Doubtfire helped me cope with my family being divided in two, and the ending sequence to this film still makes me cry every time I watch it. Robin Williams took me on a beautiful journey of the imagination. Whether it be to fight pirates in Neverland, help sick children, refuse to grow up, grant three wishes, be a robot or come from another planet, he played a MASSIVE part in my growth as a little boy. He made me laugh, he made me cry and he made me think. I know I’ve never met this man, but I can easily say that I love Robin. Thank you for helping me when I had very few people to turn to. Your troubled passing will darken my skies this week, but your contribution to film and my life will live on to the end of my days. I hope you find peace in Neverland.

I’ve been getting a lot of nursery commissions lately, so I thought I’d share my newest one. My friend asked me to pack this illi full of her favorite characters standing around a Tardis crib and d20 hanging mobile. This is what I came up with. I had tons of fun!
